RECENTLY ANNEXED REAL PROPERTY FROM JACKSON COUNTY FIRE
DISTRICT NO. 5 (ADROIT CONSTRUCTION CO. ANNEXATION)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The land described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
situated in the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon is hereby
withdrawn from Jackson County Fire District No. 5 pursuant to the
provisions of ORS 222.524.
SECTION 2. The City of Ashland elects to pay the bonds of the
Special Taxing Districts pursuant to the provisions of ORS
222.520(2) (b).
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the /~day of

ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF ASHLAND, OREGON
Description: 39 1E 14A, Tax Lot 1103
A tract or parcel of land situated in the Northwest quarter of
the Northeast quarter of Section 14, Township 39 South, Range
East, Willamette Meridian, County of Jackson, State of Oregon
more fully described as follows:
Commencing at a 2 1/2 inch diameter brass disk monumentins the
accepted quarter corner common to Section 11 and Section 14,
Township 39 South, Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, County of
Jackson, State of Oregon; thence South 1096.68 feet (Deed Record:
South 1096.68 feet); thence East 495.66 feet (Deed Record: East
495.66 feet) to a 5/8 by 24 inch iron pin marked: "Kauble, PLS
1822" situated at the Southwest corner of a tract of land as per
Document Number 77-09634 Official Record Jackson County, Oregon,
the True Point of Beglnnlng; thence South 89= 50' 57" East 63.15
feet along the southerly 11ne of a tract of land as per Document
Number 77-09654 Official Record Jackson County, Oregon (Record:
South 89° 50' 37" East 63.11 feet) to a found 5/8 inch iron pin;
thence South 89° 50' 57" East 26.05 feet (Record: South 89° 50'
57" East 26.07 feet) to a found 5/8 inch iron pin situated at
the lntersectlon of said southerly boundary and the average
centerline of a creek; thence leaving sald boundary, North 07°
40' 02" East 112.36 feet (Record: North 07° 40' 02" East 112.36
feet) along said centerline to a point witnessed by a 5/8 by 24
inch iron pin marked: "Wit. Cot., PLS 1822" which bears South
