AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-USE
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND AND SECTION 18.12.030 OF
THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY
FROM R-1-7.5 TO OPEN SPACE (M.E. HILLENGA)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the Ashland
Municipal Code, are hereby amended by rezoning from City of Ashland
R-1-7.5 (Single Family Residential) to Open Space, the property
described as Tax Lot 39-1E-9CD-1900 consisting of 0.446 acres.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the 16th day of January,
1990, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 1990.
