~N ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ASHLAND
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
TO OPEN SPACE (M.E. HILLENGA)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Ashland Comprehensive Plan Map as adopted by
Ordinance No. 2227 is hereby amended by changing the designation
on Tax Lot 39-1E-9CD-1900 from Single Family Residential to Open
Space.
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the 16th day of
January, 1990, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this ~ --~day
of February, 1990.
