AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11.28.010 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE SO AS TO CHANGE THE PARKING RESTRICTIONS
ON "C" STREET BETWEEN FIRST AND SECOND STREETS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 11.28.010(A) of the Ashland Municipal Code is
hereby amended by amending sub-part 5 to read as follows:
115. "C" Street from Lithia Way to its western terminus,
except between First and Second Streets as set forth in
subsection D, below."
SECTION 2. Section 11.28.010 is hereby amended so as to add a
a new part (D) to read as follows:
"D. Parking shall be limited to four (4) hours on the
following streets:
1. "C" Street between First and Second Streets,
except that parking shall be limited to five (5)
minutes for three (3) spaces immediately adjacent
to the Post Office on the northerly side of "C"
Street immediately east of First Street."
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the /9 "day of
1985, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 3 day of z~
1985.
