AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 11.28.010 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL
CODE WITH RESPECT TO PARKING RESTRICTIONS ON "C" STREET BETWEEN
FIRST AND SECOND STREETS.
SECTION 1. Section 11.28.010(D) of the Ashland Municipal Code
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"D. Parking shall be limited to four (4) hours, 8:30 A.M. to
5:30 P.M. Except Sundays and Holidays, on the following
streets:
1. "C" Street between First and Second Streets, except that
parking shall be limited to five (5) minutes for three (3)
spaces immediately adjacent to the Post Office on the
northerly side of "C" Street immediately east of First Street,
and for this restriction to apply only on week days between
the hours of 8:30 A.M. and 5:30 P.M. except Sundays and
Holidays.
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the 4th day of
November, 1986 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day
of November, 1986.
