ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 11.24 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL
CODE, WHICH RELATES TO PARKING REGULATIONS, AND FOR THE PURPOSE
OF MAKING SAID REGULATIONS APPLY TO TRAILERS AND CAMP ERS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapter 11.24 of the Ashland Municipal Code
shall E amended so as to add thereto a new section, which
shall read in its entirety as follows:
"11.24.015. Vehicle. As used in the Ashland
Municipal Code, the term "vehicle" shall include
the terms "trailer" and "camper."
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the Co7-111day of
January, 1987, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this V -4 day of
January l 1987.
