AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10.46.050.A OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE TO REDUCE THE PENALTY FOR ILLEGAL
CAMPING AND SIMILAR CONDUCT FROM A MISDEMEANOR TO AN
INFRACTION.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 10.46.050.A of the Ashland Municipal Code is amended to read:
10.46.050
A.
Penalties.
Any person violating section 10.46.020 or 10.46.030 shall be guilty
of an infraction as set forth in Section 1.08.020.
The foregoing ordinance was first READ on the 1st day of June
