RESOLUTION 2016-
A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE CITY' S ELECTION
TO RECEIVE STATE REVENUES
RECITALS:
The City must annually adopt a resolution electing to receive an apportionment of the
Oregon Department of Administrative Services General Fund revenues derived from tax
imposed on the sale of liquor as part of State Revenue Sharing.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Pursuant to ORS 221.7701 the City hereby elects to receive state revenues for fiscal year
2016-2017
This resolution takes effect upon signing by the Mayor.
This re olution was duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 7 day of June, 2016.

I certify that a public hearing before the Budget Committee was held on May 21, 2015
and a public hearing before the City Council was held on June 7, 2016, giving citizens an
opportunity to comment on use of State Revenue Sharing.
