AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN AMENDMENT TO THE ASHLAND
COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP FROM SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL
TO OPEN SPACE AND LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL (PEACHEY
ROAD/PARADISE LANE ANNEXATION)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The Ashland Comprehensive Plan Map as adopted by
Ordinance No. 2227 is hereby amended by changing the designation
on a portion of Tax Lot 39-1E-15D-1100 from Single Family
Residential to Open Space, and by changing the description on Tax
Lots 39-1E-15D 900, 901, 902, 903, 1000, 1001, 1100, and the
annexed portion of 800 from Single Family Residential to Low
Density Residential.
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the 3 day of
April, 1990, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 24 day
of April, 1990.
