AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.08.170 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO HOURS OF OPERATION FOR
CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subsection 7 of Section 9.08.170 of the Ashland Municipal
Code shall be amended by adding the following phrase to the f-i~t~
sentence thereof after the phrase "seven (7:00) a.m. and six (6:00)
p.m.", as follows:
"weekdays, except on weekends and Holidays between the hours
of eight (8:00) a.m. and six (6:00) p.m.,".
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the /~yZ~_~ day of
1990, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this /~-~ day of
