ustorners. Electric power is purchased from the Bonneville Power

tWn8d facility. Power Is supplied at 12.47-kv on the city'a primary distribution
ystem to provide eervIce ~hout the Cltfs boundaries. The system

Per our request for proposal, dated November 5, 2002, the City of Ashland requested
an on-going engineering relationship with the firm that was selected to allow the city to utilize the firms
expertise on an ongoing basis after the study's completion. The city elected CVO Electical Systems to
provide this service. We are requesting ~O to pay for these services.
