AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN IRRIGATION EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF ASHLAND,
OREGON.
WHEREAS, there is presently an irrigation easement in favor
of the City of Ashland which has been recorded as Instrument No.
83-20309 Deed Records of Jackson County, Oregon; and
WHEREAS, it is now found that it would be more appropriate
for said irrigation easement to be deeded to Tax Lot 7402, of Map
39 1E 5DD,
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The irrigation easement in favor of the City of
Ashland more fully described in Instrument No. 83-20309 of the Deed
Records of Jackson County, Oregon, is hereby vacated.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read at a regular meeting
of the Common Council held on the 1 / day of April, 1988, and passed
to its second reading and duly passed on the day of
1988, the vote being as follows:
