ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2.25 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE WITH RESPECT TO VACANCIES ON THE
STREET TREE COMMISSION.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of Ordinance No. 2330 and Section
2.25.020 of the Ashland Municipal Code are amended by adding
the following sentence:
"Any Commissioner who is absent from four or more
meetings in a one-year period shall be considered
no longer active and the position vacant, and a
new Commissioner shall be appointed to fill the
vacancy."
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the day of
1988 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this -Z
