ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE WITH
RESPECT TO POLICE DEPARTMENT SPECIAL SERVICE FEES.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Subsection B of Section 2.48.010 of the Ashland
Municipal Code and Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1719, are hereby
amended to read as follows:
"B. For passport letters and copies of all other
police reports not exempted by ORS 192.420, et.
seq., a fee of $5.00 per report."
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the 1st day of
March, 1988 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 15- 7~41 day of
March, 1988.
