ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2.27 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE TO EXPAND THE MEMBERSHIP OF CPAC TO
SIXTEEN (16) MEMBERS.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 2.27.030(B) of the Ashland Municipal Code
shall be amended by increasing the membership of CPAC from
twelve (12) to sixteen (16) members.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the day of
August, 1988 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this e~ day of
1988.
