AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND RE-ZONING CERTAIN
PROPERTY FROM R-l-10 TO R-2 (GARFIELD/E. MAIN PROPERTY)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The property described as Tax Lot 39-1E-10BC-2800 and
shown as that property at the Northwest corner of Garfield and E.
Main Streets is hereby rezoned from R-l-10 (Single-family
Residential) to R-2 (Low density Multi-family Residential).
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the ,_~--/ day of
