State of Oregon, for and in consideration of the benefits to

the following described premises, to-wit
A strip of land thirty (30) feet wide on each side of
a line beginning at a atone mounment set for the intersection of
the center line of Laurel St.reet,withh the center line of Mechanic
Street in the City of Ashland,Jackson County,Oregon, as laid
down and designated upon the official map of said City,adopted
in November 1888. Thence North twenty five degrees (25) thirty
(30) minutes East,eleven hundred sixty one (1161) feet. Thence
Worth sixty three (63) degrees forty five (45) minutes West,
fifty (50) feet. Thence North no degrees 031 East,, 948.10 feet,
the same being an extension of Laurel Street. Also a strip of
land twenty five (25) feet wide on each side of a line beginning
at a point 355.20 feet. South and 1489.70 feet, Fast of the North
west corner Donation Land Dlgim No, Forty (40), Township Thirty
nine (39) South of Range One (1) Fast of the Willamette Meridian,
Oregon. Thence North eighty nine (89) degrees fifty five (55)
minutes West, seven hundred thirtyy four (734) feet ,the same
j being land embraced in Otis Street.
TO HAVIE AND TO HOLD the said premises unto the said
Public for street, purposes forever, and in case said described
property should at any time hereafter cease to be used for
public street purposes,then it shall revert back to the said
A. D. Helman and S. A. Helman, their heirs and assigns.
