A G R E E M E N T
We are the owners of the following described land, which land is being
minor land partitioned and shall be commonly known as Minor Land Partition
Number 207, located in the City of Ashland, County of Jackson, State of
Oregon:
Lot 10 of WOOLENS ADDITION of the City of Ashland,
Jackson County, Oregon.
As the owners of such property, we hereby consent to the improvement of
Alta Street abutting the proposed lot of said Minor Land Partition by the
City of Ashland when the City desires to improve this street; further, as
the owners of :such'lot,..we do:consent to the:~prdpo"r"tionate payment of the
cost of such improvements. This Agreement is to be binding upon ourselves,
our heirs, executors and assigns and it is our express intention that this
Agreement shall run with the land, so that consent to the improvement..of
the street and the duty to pay for such improvement shall be binding upon
the future owners of the lot.
The consideration for this Agreement is the consent of the City of Ashland
to the Minor Land Partition of the land without the immediate installation
of street improvements in front of property owned by ourselves on Alta
Street in the City of Ashland.
