I, being first duly sworn, say that I am the

in Sewer District No. I.
Notice is hereby given that the City
Council of Ashland, Oregon, did on the
10th day of November, 1906, after due pub-
lication of the notice of hearing of the
report of the Board of Viewers making

ber 12, 1906. If default is made in the pay-
ment after the expiration of the time
allowed, such assessment will become a
lien upon the property and will be col- i
lected in the manner provided in Sections 1
and 2 of. Article 12 of the Charter of the
City of Ashland.
