AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE WITH
RESPECT TO POLICE SUPERVISION SERVICE FEES.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 4.32.-~ is hereby added to the Ashland
Municipal Code and shall read as follows:
"4.32.~U Police Supervision Service Fees. The hourly fee
for extraordinary police supervision service shall be as
follows:
(a) For regular police officers, one and one-half times the
established salary rate plus twenty percent for fringe
benefits."
