the neoessary proceedings in ac:;ordance w- 1-45h the provisions of
Article la of the Charter of the City of Ashland to cause Chu, oh
Street to be widened throughout so that it shall have a width of
4 0 f - et, as laid out on the official reap of the Cit j aprroved
in April, 1901.
The building known as Gra iit e Hall sots out seVerai feet in
the street, as the sane is platted on the clap. it is understood
that the oner of said building is about to alter and repair it
and this correction of the street ? ines should be made prior to
any important improvement of such building in the in - erost of
bow=, publio.
