Gentlemen
The undersigned Board of Viewers, appointed to deter-
m- ne and assess the dares and Benefits incident to Mile widening
of Church Street to full. width of forty feet throughout, bed; to
-report as follows-
Tile Board rnet as appointed by the council at 9:30 o'clock a.m.
Septmeber 25th, 1907, at the junction of High and Church Streets,
and havir~,, been duly sworn by the Recorder prior thereto, proceeded
to view the widenir of such street. The Board finds that the title
xn the sidewalks in many instances still rests with the owners of
the abutting properties. In order to insure the public easement
to the City for the full width of the street, the Board has recomn. -
ended conaemnation thr. ou hout of the full width of the sidewalk on ~
said street.
