Special reference is made herein to the plans, profile 11 and specifications arproved by the Common Council aforesaid and E' they are to be deemed and considered part of this contract* Special reference is also wade to the call for bids hereto attached and it shall be mane a part of this contract, M ;j and it is expressly agreed that all work, material and method and I terms of compensation shall conform thereto.
