11.28.010 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO
PARKING AT CLAY STREET PARK.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. A new subsection B is hereby added to Section
11.28.010 of the Ashland Municipal Code and shall read as
follows:
"B. Parking in the parking lot at Clay Street Park shall
be limited to twelve (12) hours in a 24-hour period."
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the 7th day of August,
1990, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this ~day of ~-~~, ,
