ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15.04.210 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE CONCERNING DEMOLITION AND MOVING OF
BUILDINGS IN THE HISTORIC DISTRICT.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. A new subsection D. 7) shall be added to Section
15.04.210 of the Ashland Municipal Code and shall read as follows:
117) An interim list may be adopted to provide further
review until the final list is completed."
SECTION 2. Subsections E. :3) a) and b) of Section 15.04.210 of the
Ashland Municipal Code shall be renumbered b) and c) and a new
subsection a) shall be added thereto which shall read as follows:
"a) That the building in question on the interim list
does not meet the minimum criteria adopted by the
City Council for inclusion in the final list, or".
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the ~-day of
1988 and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this -"day of 1 1988.
