AN ORDINANCE VACATING AN EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF ASHLAND, OREGON.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. It is hereby determined that the public interest
will be best served by the vacation of the road and utility
easement located in the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon
and more particularly described in Exhibit "A", which is attached

hereto and incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. The road and utility easement described in
Exhibit "A", above referred to is hereby vacated.
The foregoing ordinance was first read at a regular,meeting
of the Common Council held on the day of , 19881

and passed to its second reading and duly passed on the ~o day
of 1988, the vote being as follows:

A parcel of land located in LOT 10 of the Hargadine Tract in
the Town of Ashland, in Donation Land Claim No. 40 in the
Northwest one-quarter (;4-) of Section 9, Township 39 South,
Range 1 East, Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Donation Land Claim No. 40
Township 39 South, Range 1 West, W.M.; thence North 89051'00"
West 173.43 feet to a 1 inch square iron pin; thence on the Northerly
line of Glenview Drive and the Easterly extension thereof, North
89051'53" West 596.57 feet; thence North 43041'14" West 98.40 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence continue North 43041'14"
West 34.37 feet; thence North 13023'41" East 26.38 feet; thence
South 43041'14" East 54.84 feet; thence South 58°36'45" East

point of beginning.
