ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE WITH RESPECT TO
MEMBERSHIP ON THE ASHLAND BUDGET COMMITTEE.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby added to the Ashland Municipal
Code Chapter 2.04 a new section which shall be 2.04.140 entitled
Governing Body and which shall read in its entirety as follows:
"2.04.140 Membership on Ashland Budget Committee. For
the purpose of local budget law the Mayor is a member of
the governing body of the City of Ashland."
The foregoing Ordinance was first read at a regular
meeting of the Common Council held on the`` i
g ~ day of 1989, and passed to its second reading and duly adopted on
the day of^~~°. , 1989.
