CONSENT TO ANNEXATION
TO: THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND, OREGON,
A Municipal Corporation
We, the undersigned, being first duly sworn, do hereby allege
and state that we are the owners of both the legal and equitable
title to all of the following described real property, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of the Norwood
Subdivision in the City of Ashland, Jackson County,
Oregon; thence North 89011' West along the North
line of said subdivision 175.0 feet; thence South
0°12' West 324.0 feet to a point which lies 30 feet
North of the South line of Lot 33 of Bellevue Tracts
in Section 15, Township 39 South, Range 1 East of
the Willamette Meridian, Jackson County, Oregon;
thence South 89°48' East 235.0 feet to the Easterly
line of Park Street; thence North 0012' East along
said Easterly line 1015.24 feet to the Northwest
corner of Lot 6 of Block 6 of the Terra Linda Sub-
division in the City of Ashland, Jackson County,
Oregon; thence South 89°48' East 153.05 feet; thence
North 0°12' East 20.0 feet; thence North 89°48' West
213.05 feet to the Westerly line of Park Street;
thence South 0°12' West along said Westerly line 711.96
feet to the point of beginning.
and do further state that said real property is contiguous terri-
tory to the City of Ashland.
We do hereby each consent that all of the real property above
described be annexed to the City of Ashland without any election
being held either within the City of Ashland or within the terri-
tory to be annexed. We do hereby consent that said territory may
be annexed to the City of Ashland upon the Common Council of said
City passing an appropriate ordinance and upon filing a copy of
said ordinance with the Secretary of State of Oregon.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures

voluntarily for the uses and purposes therein named.
