Present r Mayor Thornton; Councilmen Blake, Claycomb, Hersey, ~~lenner; absent Bergner, Tayler. %inutes of the previous meeting were read and approved as read.. r~ Reports of C. J. Baughman, C. ~id. Clause and J.~.6~dauehope were read and, on motion, accepted anu ordered placed on file. Bills 0.~''d by the Finance Committee, amounting to X10,904.00, ~vere read in total amount only. I4o~ion ~~~as made and. seconded that said bills be alloti~Ied and warrants ordered n~ drawn in payment thereof. The vote was as follows: Ayes Blake, Claycomb, Herse~r; 'r~~enner; nays none. Carried. w, The following building permit was granted.: No. 147- B.Z.Delsman, to rearrange apartments, install Y new plumbing and heating 1,000.00 I+~ioved by Claycomb seconded by Hersey that the City Engineer and Street Commissioner be authorized to proceed with the work of building the fence on Grandview Drive to conform to the deeds from the Carter Land Co.
