Councilman ~<<Jenner brought up the matter of leasing the septic tank tract to
J. A. Hendrix. He stated that T!s. Hendrix would rebuild the fence for a three years
lease of the land. It was moved by ~`aenner seconded by Hersey that the City Attorney {
be instructed to prepare a contract between the City and Ts. Hendrix and to notify
Broil that his uerbal contract will terminate on Sept. 1st. Carried. r

Trioved by Bergner seconded by Blake that the Recorder be instructed to transfer
X1500 from the Elec uric Eight Fund to Sewer District IIo. 35 Fund as a loan. and that
the Recordor be instruc~~ed to pay the contractor when the City Engineer shall have filed
notice that the bill is correct. The vote was as follows eyes Bergner, Blake,
Hersey, ~°~enner; nays none. Carried.

Moved by Bergner seconded by Blake that the Recorder be authorized to buy Sewer Districts Trios. 31, 32 and 33 Bonds for the Cemetery Trust Fund.
Carried unanimously.
On motion, the council adjourned, subject to call of the Mayor.
