The advisability of raving the Chief of Police become a TZotary Public in connection
with the temporary license fees ~ra> considered. Loved by `~~~enner that fire Chief of Police be s

4. Provide for a diseourrt instead of a ~~~en~;,lty far aelinciuent water and li~^ht accounts.
5. 1'rovicie for 100 per cent 1.letering of the vrater consumers.
There was some discussion, b~~_t no action taken.
Dr, ti~~cCra,cken again brought 1'-~ relieving of metered ti~rater consumers from restrictions
and presented a petition si~r~ed by 25 consur~~ers. After the petition eras read, it was moved
by ~~enner that sane be referred to tine ~~~ater Comr~iittee for recommendations. Secondeu by
Applewhite, carried.
The matter of giving fire '.golf Club use of City w~~ter~ ~Fras reeommerlded by the Comr~ittee.
Ttiioved by Bergner that fire recormendation of file dater Com_r~~ittee be approved and that proper publicity be given it in the press. Seconded by
~~denner, carried.
On motion the Council adjaurned to meet at the call of fire i:~iayor.

The purpose of the meetin; ti~aas to consider the sleet .insurance ~~a_rricir expired at noon
on this day.
Bids were received fror~ T. atai;les aild Geo. ii. j~eo for this insurance covering I2
cars at ~220.~52 and x242.06 respectfull*. ata~7les haviri~; the lo~r~est bra, it Baas moved by ~denner that this bid be accepted. Seconded by Bla~~e,
Noll ca11 arras ordered, the
vote being Ayes 5; f°~ays 0. ;:s,rried.
Fred 'I'ayler re~jue~ted that per~~iission be granted to cut the curd at the corner of Bush
and ~~dorth~~ain Streets. .Moved by `rdenner~ and seconded by ~1a%.e that the request be granted.
Carried.
