I/WE, the undersigned holder of that certain Note and Trust Deed, dated October 9th, 2008, by and
between Brammo Inc. and Craig Bramscher an individual as Grantor, and Lawyers Title
Company of Jackson County as Trustee, and City of Ashland as Beneficiary, and recorded
November 07, 2008 under Auditor's File Number Document No. 2008-040652, records of
Jackson County, Oregon , hereby declare that said Note/Trust Deed has/have been lost. All possible
means to recover said Note/Trust Deed have been attempted, to no avail.
We hereby certify that all sums owing under said Note and Trust Deed have been paid in full. We
request that you issue your Deed of Reconveyance without delivery of the original Note/Trust Deed.
NOW, therefore, in consideration of your issuance of said Deed of Reconveyance without delivery of the
original Note/Trust Deed, We agree to indemnify and hold said Trustee harmless from all liabilities which
you may incur in issuance of said Deed of Reconveyance in the absence of said Note/Trust Deed.
