HomeMy WebLinkAbout2621 Secure Storage AnnexationORDINANCE 2621 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND RE-ZONING CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM RR-5 TO E-1 (SECURE STORAGE ANNEXATION) THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The property described as Tax Lot 39-1E-12-320 and shown as that property located at the intersection of Highway 66 and East Main Street, across from Oak Hill Circle, is hereby rezoned from Jackson County RR-5 to City of Ashland E-1 (Employment). The foregoing ordinance was first read on the 19th day of February, 1991, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of March, 1991. Nan E. Mayor NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Ashland CLty Council will hold a public hearing on August 21, 1990, at 7:30 P.M. in the Civic Center Council Chambers, 1175 E. Main Street, on the following matter: Annexation, site review and conditional use permit to construct mini- storage units with associated manager's apartment for the property located at East Main Street in the vicinity of Oak'Knoll Drive and Highway 66, comprised of tax lot 320 of assessor's map no. 39 1E 12. (Secure Storage, Applicant) All interested persons are hereby called upon to appear at said hearing to express their views. Written comments will also be received at the office of the City Recorder, Ashland City Hall, during business hours until 5:00 P.M. on August 15, 1990.
