An Ordinance changing the name of Stock, Stanley, and
!'berlin Streets and that Portion of Willow Street south of the
-,outhern Pacific Railroad right of way, to Hersey Street; and
requiring the City Recorder to certify a copy of this Ordinance
--e County Clerk and the County Assessor.
iHL PEOPLE.. OF TIT- CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1.
at Stock Street (or lane), Stanley Street, Oberlin
y. , and that portion of Willow Street south of the Southern
Pacific Railroad right of way, in Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon,
be, and they are hereby redesignated and named as "Hersey Street".
Section 2,
at the City Recorder is hereby directed to certify a
Ordinance to the County Clerk, and a copy to the
County Assessor, of Jackson County, Oregon.
The foregoing Ordinance was duly passed under suspension
of the rules at a regular meeting of the Mayor and Common Council
held on the 17th day of February, 1948, the vote being as follows:
Ayes: 5
