AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10.68.400 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO VEHICLE ACCESS ON CALLE
GUANAJUATO.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Section 10.68.400, parts A and B, of the Ashland
Municipal Code shall be amended to read as follows:
"A. Access by vehicles to Calle Guanajuato, that area
located between Winburn Way and North Main Street, is
prohibited between the hours of 11:30 A.M. and 10:00 P.M.
Monday through Friday, and 8:00 A.M. and 10:00 P.M.
Saturdays and Sundays from May 1 through October 31.
B. The Ashland Parks and Recreation Commission may issue
permits for access during hours of closure for vehicles of
property owners or lessees that have parking spaces on
private land accessed through Calle Guanajuato, or for other
functions that are approved by the Ashland Parks and
Recreation Commission."
