What degrees do you hold? BA, anthropology, with honors 1995; MD 2000.

Enrolled in Masters of Business Administration degree program at Southern Oregon University

What prior work experience have you had that would help you if you were appointed to
this position?
Director, Providence Medford Medical Center sleep medicine program;
Former medical director, Providence Medford Medical Center intensive care unit
Former (acting) medical director, Providence medical group south pulmonary, critical care and sleep medicine program.
Do you feel it would be advantageous for you to have further training in this field, such
as attending conferences or seminars? Why? Yes, I am very excited to learn more about the planning
process and public service generally. I aim to be a lifelong learner.
