THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Melissa Huhtala is declared to be the duly elected Ashland City Recorder.
SECTION 2. Tonya Graham is declared to be the duly elected council member for Position No 2.
SECTION 3. Julie Akins is declared to be the duly elected council member for Position No. 3.
SECTION 4. Stefani Seffmger is declared to be the duly elected council member for Position No. 4.
SECTION 5. Stephen Jensen is declared to be the duly elected council member for Position No. 6.
SECTION 6. Mike Gardiner is declared to be the duly elected parks commissioner for Position No. 3.
SECTION 7. Julian Bell is declared to be the duly elected parks commissioner for Position No. 4.
SECTION 8. Rick Landt is declared to be the duly elected parks commissioner for Position No. 5.
SECTION 9. Pamela Burkholder Turner is declared to be the duly elected Ashland Municipal Judge.
SECTION 10. This resolution was duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 18th day of December,
2018, and takes effect upon signing by the. Mayor.
