AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-USE ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND AND SECTION 18.12.030 OF THE ASHLAND
MUNICIPAL CODE, TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM R-l-5 TO E-1
(PETER VAN FLEET)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the
Ashland Municipal Code, are hereby amended by rezoning from City
of Ashland R-l-5 (Single Family Residential) to E-1 (Employment)
the property located at 312 Helman Street, Tax Lot 391E-4CD-1100.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read on the 21st day of May,
1991, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this ~ day of June, 1991.
