2 A RESOLUTION REVISING RATES FOR ELECTRIC SERVICE
PURSUANT TO ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE SECTION 14.16.030 AND

REPEALING RESOLUTION 2018-14

THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:

6 SECTION 1. The percentages in the following table represent the average impact to customers in
the respective classes. These rates for electric service provided by the City of Ashland are
7 effective with usage after July 1, 2019, per the attached rate tables.

J. SECTION 2. Copies of this resolution shall be maintained in the Office of the City Recorder and
shall be available for public inspection during regular business hours.

13 SECTION 3. Classification of the fee. The fees specified in Section 1 of this resolution are
classified as not subject to the limits of Section 11 b of Article XI of the Oregon Constitution
14 (Ballot Measure 5).
15 SECTION 4. Resolution 2018-14 is repealed on the date new rates established by this Resolution
16 are effective.
17 SECTION 5. This resolution takes effect upon signing by the Mayor.
18 This resolution was duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 4th day of June 2019 and takes effect
19 upon signing by the Mayor.
