Mayor Stromberg called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

City Recorder Melissa Huhtala and City Attorney David Lohman went over a PowerPoint
presentation (see attached).

• Oregon Ethics Law
• Who is considered a Public Official
• Gift definition and Rule
• Conflicts of Interest
The Study Session was adjourned at 7:00 PM
