AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND WITHDRAWING CERTAIN
RECENTLY ANNEXED REAL PROPERTY FROM JACKSON COUNTY FIRE
DISTRICT NO. 5 (CROWSON ROAD ANNEXATION)
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The land described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto,
situated in the City of Ashland, Jackson County, Oregon is hereby
withdrawn from Jackson County Fire District No. 5 pursuant to the
provisions of ORS 222.524.
SECTION 2. The city of Ashland elects to pay the bonds of the Special
Taxing Districts pursuant to the provisions of ORS 222.520(2)(b).
The foregoing ordinance was first read on the_~ day of

Township 39 South, Range 1 East of the Willamette Meridian in Jackson County~
Oregon; thence North 59°19'09" East (Record North 59°49' East) 175.00 feet;
thence South 71°00'51" East (Record South 70°31' East) 186.30 feet to a point
on the North right-of-way line of Crowson Road; thence North 89046'09" West
138.94 feet (Record South 89°44' West 80.00 feet) along said North line of
road; thence South 50°20'43" West (Record South 51° West) 46.78 feet to a
point on the North line of said Donation Land Claim No. 54; thence North
89046'09" West 151.72 feet (Record South 89044' West 200.00 feet), along said
North line, to the point of beginning.
