HomeMy WebLinkAbout2644 Rezoning Warren PropertyORDINANCE 2644 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2052, THE LAND-USE ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND AND SECTION 18.12.030 OF THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE, TO RE-ZONE CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM JACKSON COUNTY RR-5 TO CITY OF ASHLAND R-l-10 (RANDY WARREN, APPLICANT) THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 2052 and Section 18.12.030 of the Ashland Municipal Code, are hereby amended by rezoning from Jackson County RR-5 (Rural Residential) to City of Ashland R-l-10 (Single-family Residential) the property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and made a part hereof.
