RE: Explanation of Amendment of Contract with Coleman Creek Consultants
The attached contract amendment is submitted to correct a math error in the original
Proposal. Coleman Creek Consulting submitted a scope of work with unit bids for the
various aspects of asbestos sampling at Briscoe School roof. One of the line items in
the original bid — roof patch for $900 — did not get incorporated into the estimate's total
cost. Neither City staff nor the consultant caught this error at the time of contract
development. This amendment corrects the sum of the line items in the scope of work.
The original scope of work, unit prices, and quantities have not changed.
