AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTER 4.04, AND 4.08 OF THE
ASHLAND MUNICIPAL CODE RELATIVE TO CHECK, DRAFT AND
WARRANT PROCEDURES; AND BOND AND WARRANT INTEREST.
THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF ASHLAND DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Chapters 4.04, and 4.08 of the Ashland Municipal Code
are repealed.
The foregoing Ordinance was first READ on the 17th day of
December, 1991, and duly PASSED and ADOPTED this 7th day of
Januarv, 1992.

4.04.010 Facsimile signature machine--Use authorized.
4.04.010 Facsimile authorized.
The mayor and city recorder are aut orize to use acslmile
signature machines for the issuance of checks, drafts, and
warrants on the city provided that each shall have a key,
both of which must be used in order to place the machine in
operation and the mayor is further authorized to deliver his
key to the city superintendent with authority to act as his
attorney-in-fact in using said facsimile signature machipe.
