ECSO User Agreement.
This AMENDMENT No. 3 to the ECSO User Agreement dated October 18, 2018(the"contract')
between Ashland Police Department("Agency")and Emergency Communications of Southern
Oregon ("ECSO")is effective July 1, 2021.'
AMENDMENT
1.. Defined terms used but not defined in this Amendment are as defined in the Contract.
2. Exhibit"C"of the Contract ishereby deleted and replaced`by Exhibit C attached hereto.
Except as expressly modified by this Amendment, the. terms and conditions of the Contract
remain in full force and effect. ,' C
