COURT-APPOINTED LEGAL SERVICES IN THE ASHLAND MUNICIPAL COURT.

RECITALS :
A. The City and. Provider previously entered into a Personal;Services Agreement effective
September 18,120 8 (the:"Agreement"),;for Provider to provide court-appointed;legal,
services in the Ashland Municipal Court; and
; B. The City and Piovider previously executed an amendment to the Agreement to:extend its
term to December 31, 2019: ("Amendment No.,:1") and a subsequent amendment to.
:: extend its term to December 31,2020 (Amendment No. 2"); and
C. The City and Provider wish.to amend the Agieement to extend:its term for:one (1)
additional year:

NOW THEREFORE,.in;consideration of the mutual benefits and obligations setforth-
herein,the parties agree as follows:

3. Except as specifically Modified.by this Amendment No. 3, the terms and:conditions of
the Agreement,Amendment No. 1,and:Amendment No.2 remain in full force and effect.:.
