BEFORE THE CITY OF ASHLAND CONTRACT REVIEW BOARD
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 93-35 BY DELETING
ADVERTISING CONTRACTS AS AN EXEMPTION FROM COMPETITIVE
BIDDING.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND CONTRACT REVIEW BOARD resolves that its rules set forth
in Resolution 93-35 be amended as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3.5 of resolution 93-35 is deleted.
The Resolution was read by title only in accordance with Ashland Municipal Code
