Agrees to purchase display advertising space from The Dally Tidings as follows:

from the effective date. The Company or lhe Advertiser may termi-
nate this agreement by giving written notice thirty (30) days prior to
the renewal date of the agreement or a rate revision.
2. The Advertiser agrees to pay the rates specified in the
Company's current rate card, which is a part of this agreement.
3. The Daily Tidings reserves the right to revise rates upon 30 days
written notice to local contract advertisers and 60 days written notice
to national advertisers. The advertiser has the right to cancel the
contract as of the date the revised rates become effective.
4. If the Advertiserlails tofulfill the conditions ofthis agreement, the
Company will bill the Advertiser at the open advertising rate for the
amount of space or proprints actually used.
5. The Company may refuse to accept any advertisements or
preptint at any time.
6. Advertising produced by the Company remains its property. The
Company reserves the right to copyright these materials. The
Advertiser agrees not to permit photographic or other reproduction,

in wholes or in part, of any such advertising materials without the
express written consent of the Company.
7. The Advertiser's account is payable in full within fifteen (15) days
of the billing date on the Company's monthly statement. The
Advertiser agrees to pay a finance charge of 1.5% per month (t8%
annual percentage rate) on balances unpaid alter 30 days from
billing date. In the event legal action is necessary to collect the
Advertiser's past due account, the Advertiser agrees to pay court
costs, attomey's tees and other expenses connected with the
collection of the debt.
8. If the Adverliser uses an advertising agency both the Advertiser
and the agency are jointly liable for payment of all charges.
9. In the event that any federal, state or local taxes are imposed on
the sale of advertising space, such taxes will be paid by the
Advertiser.
10. This agreement and the terms and conditions of the Company's
current rate card constitute the entire agreement between the
Company and the Advertiser. No other statements verbal or wdtten
shall affect it.
