I, ~ON LAWS, Acting MaYor1 Of the City of Ashland, Oregon, do
proclaim that at the General Election held in the City of Ashland, Oregon,
on the 2nd day of November, 1982, there was submitted to the voters the
election of persons to fill certain offices of the City of Ashland
hereinafter named. That as a result of the canvass of said votes by
the City Council, the following candidates have been elected:

That further, as a result of the canvass of said voted at said
Special Election held in the City of Ashland, Oregon, on the 2nd day of
November, 1982, the following Measures were passed:
MEASURE 56 FOR A NUCLEAR FREE ZONE ORDINANCE
MEASURE 51 FOR A CHARTER AMENDMENT - COMPLIANCE WITH STATE LAW
and further that the following Measure was rejected:
MEASURE 57 FOR CONTRIBUTION TO MAINTENANCE OF AIR QUALITY
