A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR TAXICAB
AND SPECIAL VEHICLE OPERATIONS AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION 94-35.
THE CITY OF ASHLAND RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Chapter 6.28 of the Ashland Municipal Code, fees for taxicab,
special vehicles and tour bus operations are established as follows
Sign Permit for Tour Bus or Special Vehicle
(6.28.035.E.2)
$ 50
Annual Tour Bus and Special Vehicle Permit
(6.28.035.H)
$ 50
Annual Taxicab Certificate
(6.28.060)
$ 200
Taxicab Driver Permit
(6.28.110.B)
$ 30
Operator Certificate
(6.28.170.F)
$ 250
SECTION 2. Effective Date. The fees set forth in this resolution shall take effect upon
the effective date of Ordinance No. 2855. Upon the effective date of this ordinance,
Resolution No. 94-35 is repealed.
This resolution was read by title only in accordance with Ashland Municipal Code
